2. TAKE AN ONLINE COURSE
There are several courses online where you could learn and get certificates at discounted prices, there are also free courses online as well. Check out Alison, Coursera, Edx. This will keep you busy but also benefit you by boosting your CV with meaningful experience.

There are several events and workshop that take place daily. These seminars will help you to

Although no one definitely knows when the strike will end, it’s best you spend that idle time doing something productive. Intern at an organization that has something to do with your interests and field of choice. It also improves your work experience and ethics for the labor market. As long as you are interning at a place you are interested in, it is sure to be worthwhile.
5. CREATE A PERSONAL WEBSITE OR BLOG
Blogging is another great way to make some extra cash on the side. WordPress offers a free hosting and domain package which is pretty cool so just find your niche and get started blogging about your favorite things and places.
Volunteering is generally considered to promote goodness and improve quality of lives. Volunteer in an NGO, a school or community. Look for places where you can add value to others and get value for your time.
7. READ A BOOK
It is popular knowledge that one of the best ways to improve your knowledge is to
read a book. Pick up a few books from the library or bookstore based on your interest and read them.
All in all, ensure that you are not idle and just remain productive with as much positive energy as possible.
