She busted out in hysterics, clapping her hands as she shook her head.
He was floundering for words. That wasn’t the response he expected.
‘Charlie you don’t have to lie to me. I know what this is about, I’m fine with it. Let’s not complicate it with feelings— especially ones that are false.’
Charles was confused. She had told him she was a completely modern girl but surely, she wasn’t offering him no strings attached sex.
Or was she?

For a lot of people, sex is an important part of any relationship and when it is taken out of the equation, they lose interest. The problem lies when partners lie to each other about their feelings just to get into each other’s pants.
Due to the fact that sex is preconceived as synonymous with love, it has become the order of the day to create misconceptions around the feeling.
Really though, what has love got to do with getting some?
