Meditation is a great way to start your day, it helps you to place things in focus and direct your energy towards what matters.
When you wake up in the morning, take a few minutes and just sit still. Settle into a comfortable position and think about what you have to do. Focus all the energy in your body towards controlling your breathing, and make sure there are no distractions.
When you meditate, you put your body to rest and allow your mind reach through the several thoughts running through around your head and place them in order of priority.
